Capital-Provincial Health Departments Receive 52 Vaccine Trucks

Phnom Penh: A total of 52 vehicles have been donated by philanthropists to Prime Minister Hun Sen. The vehicles are being distributed to the Capital-Provincial Health Departments as well as to the Central Pharmacy. The Ford vehicles were designed as vaccination trucks which includes a fridge with a freezing capacity of -24 degrees to store vaccines and others pharmaceutical products.

Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, Or Vandin has presided the handing over ceremony with the presence of directors from all 25 capital-provincial health departments. During the ceremony, Vandin has stated that the vaccine truck is needed for medical teams across the provinces in order to provide vaccines for citizens in an efficient way.
